Balancing work and family is never easy—especially when you’re a single mom, a full-time realtor, and an active part of your community. The truth is, the struggle is real. I wake up each day knowing that I’m not just working for myself, I’m working for my family, for my clients, and most importantly, for the purpose God has placed on my life.
I love being front and center in my community. It’s important to me that people know I’m here, still working hard, still available, and still fully committed to helping them navigate the biggest purchase or sale of their lives. Real estate isn’t just my job—it’s my calling. But to keep doing what I love, I need my clients. Their trust and referrals are what keep my business alive, and I’m beyond grateful for every single one of them.
Make no mistake, this career is a hustle. I hustle hard. Early mornings, late nights, weekends, it’s all part of the package. The only reason I’ve been able to get where I am today is through relentless dedication, the unwavering support of my clients, and the grace and strength that comes from God. He is my everything, my foundation, and my guide in both business and life.
Now, let’s talk about balance. I’m a realtor, but I’m also “Nonna,” and my grandkids keep me grounded in the sweetest (and sometimes funniest) ways. For example—see the picture above? That’s me in my California king bed… in theory. In reality, I get about eight inches of sleeping space because my two grandsons spread out like they’re auditioning for a synchronized starfish competition. Meanwhile, I’m clinging to the edge of the mattress, praying I don’t roll off.
And honestly? I wouldn’t trade it for the world. These are the moments that remind me why I work so hard, why I answer late-night emails, why I juggle open houses and lacrosse games, why I sometimes run on coffee and prayer. Because at the end of the day, success isn’t just about the number of homes sold. It’s about the life you build and the love you share along the way.
So here’s to the hustle. Here’s to faith. Here’s to family, bed space thieves and all.
